During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price and that it was a convenient location for exploring the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transportation.
The outdated and worn out rooms were a let-down. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower only had lukewarm water.

Helpful staff, fast internet, and convenient transportation to the Maya mall. This hotel provided me with everything I needed, including air conditioning, towels, and a free small bottle of water. The staff was friendly and helped arrange a ride to the airport. The internet was reliable and always fast. Additionally, it was easy to get to the Maya mall for shopping and dining.

The hotel was conveniently located near key tourist attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information on how to get around the city.
The room was small and outdated, with a bathroom that was not very clean. We had to ask for additional towels and toiletries during our five-day stay, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
